Bloating?

Over the last almost week I have had this odd bloated feeling in my stomach. It's my entire stomach but worse on the left. It feels like a lot of pressure. I also have the same pain in my lower back, left also worse. Not super painful but slightly painful and definitely uncomfortable. I've tried gas pills thinking maybe it was just trapped gas. Nope. If I press on my stomach the pressure becomes more prominent but also felt elsewhere. For example if I press on the middle left side of my abdomen, it feels like I'm pushing everywhere on my stomach. I've never experienced this. Thoughts?

Update: The left side of my abdomen/lower back now hurt quite much. Bottom left of my stomach really hurts, like near my ovary. I know there's a possibility of a cyst (I have pcos) but that doesn't make sense since its all over pain.
