Twins possible?

I am using letrozole and times intercourse his cycle. I have 2 eggs. Did anyone have 2 eggs and get pregnant with twins? Doc hopes I’ll O Sunday or Monday.

I had 3 mature follicles and some slightly smaller ones that were borderline. Letrazole + gonal F + IUI and only having one baby. It’s possible, but not a guarantee.
