Ok so my bf has a problem finishing. The only time he has finished was when we lost our virginity. We are both fairly young 18-19. He wears a condom every time and he gets so close to cumming but he just can't. He thinks that I'm unhappy but I really just feel bad that he can't get off and I can. Omg. Worst advice ever from previous posters. Do not stop using condoms! First of all, they’re a great backup to prevent pregnancy and second of all, you don’t need an std. 
Does he jerk off a lot? If so, try to get him to cool it for a while. Hand grip is stronger than vagina grip, and if they masturbate a lot, it’s harder for them to climax without that grip. 
Also, maybe try a different condom brand or type? More foreplay?

It might be the condoms since they decrease sensation. Are you on another form of birth control? If so you could stop using them if you are mutually monogamous and STD free
