I have the mirena in and i keep recieving tense pressure and cramping in my vag region. It feels like cramps BUT from a different lower location on my body. I’m not on my period nor ovulating. So I’m assuming it’s implantation because it’s very light pink almost watery like pink fluid rather than blood or “brownish things” has anyone had this experience? Does it seem like implantation?
