Ovulation question

How many days past O did you ladies experience cramps? I’m not sure how many days I am past ovulation as I am not using OPKs my husband and I are just having fun during my fertile week but I know I ovulated by my cervix. My hubby and I had sex today and after having sex i experienced some cramping in my abdomen and throughout the day it was on and off.
