My Sleep Schedule is FUCKED

My sleep schedule lately has been off the charts crazy! I’ll usually go to bed around midnight because I work late then take my melatonin supplements, but I won’t feel sleepy until around 3am and I won’t wake up until like 10/11am sometimes and it’s becoming a viscous cycle. I’m trying to get it fixed because they’re changing up my hours at work to include morning shifts and I have an occasional morning shift and I usually have to pull an all nighter to do them because I can’t sleep. What can i do? I’m 100% sure I’m not pregnant and the melatonin supplements I used have about 7.5mg of melatonin in them.
