I got hit by a car.

Hi ladies, yesterday I was in a crosswalk and hit by a car. While at the trauma center the doctor did a quick ultrasound in my stomach (they knew I was pregnant) to check for blood and we heard the baby’s heartbeat. I also had to receive an X-ray on my right hip because they thought I broke it. I know x-rays are not good while pregnant but I was in an emergency situation. Two questions: 1) If I heard the heartbeat after the accident, are there any less chances of a miscarriage? 2) Has anyone else had an X-ray while pregnant and had an okay outcome?
