Bug bite

I think it was an ant but I’m not sure it had a head and felt warm. It’s on the lower of my shin there are 2 they started swelling very large 2 days ago and went down when i changed shoes but yesterday it started looking like a bruise so I popped the heads to get out the poison then I went to sleep I woke up and now my toes are very tingly I’m on vacation with my dad and he doesn’t want to take me to the doctor
