Not ready yet

So when my boyfriends sister was about 5months pregnant I found out I was pregnant the test were faint (unfortunately I lost the baby) now she’s had the baby I feel like I don’t want to see it am I being selfish or is it because I’m depressed I’ve been pushing everyone away lately
