Super cheap vegan meal options?

So I just paid my college tuition for this semester (r.i.p my bank account ☠️) and have about $8-$10 to last me the week for food. I have enough food in the house for breakfast but need some creative ideas for lunch & dinner! if possible besides just beans & rice 😄 thanks!

A couple Bananas, rice, cheapest dry beans you can find, salsa will flavour any meal. 
Once my husband and I only ate rice, refried beans, and salsa for lunch and dinner for a month, and rice with milk for breakfast. If you cook rice with milk and add cinnamon, and sweetener it’s like rice puddling.

There’s a couple people I watch on YouTube that live off a couple dollars a week and eat vegan! I can’t remember any of the recipes but they were definitely creative!!

IDK where you are located so I wouldn't be able to advise on stores. You can get Quinoa and cook it and package it like in containers, like you they for meal prepping, 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa is 1 portion.
I recommend shopping for fresh organic produce at farmers markets. There is a bunch of farmers markets in the city where I live and I visited a bunch of them and know which ones to go to for the best deals.
I also recommend romaine lettuce salads with 1 or 2 ingredients and the rest could be spices for flavoring. I usually make my own dressing out of tahini and lime juice.
You could also switch up the type of beans you use. Buy them in bulk and cook in large batches and pack it to go and according to the 1 serving size per meal.
Use different spices to season the beans. LOL
You can also get butternut squash and bake it and then make into a soup. If you make a garbanzo bean soup with mushrooms and bell peppers and season it really well you could eat that for lunch or dinner and have a 2-3 ingredient salads for lunch or dinner.

Ramen (not healthy) but cheap and vegan if you get Soy Sauce (used to be oriental) or Chili flavor. Peanut butter and jelly PB also can be used to make peanut sauce and pasta. Jarred pasta sauce. Buy veggies carrots zucchini broccoli are all pretty inexpensive might be good deals on frozen too. Do you have a Grocery Outlet in your area this place is amazing for deals also Winco if you live on the west coast

I would buy a few bags of dried beans, a bag of rice, and some bananas for fruit (they’re the cheapest) if you eat eggs you can also get a lot out of eggs at meal time. A lot of meals even dinners I’ll just fry two eggs, sauté up some veggies & eat a sweet potato with it.
Ps sweet potatoes are usually pretty cheap and if you roast them and top them with rice and beans or chickpeas it’s like a meal.

Get cumin, chili powder, curry powder, salt, pepper, rice, beans, and some vegetables, you can make sooooooooo much stuff... curry, dirty rice, jollof rice, refried beans, etc for dirt cheap
