Newborn sleeping through the night?

Question

When can I stop waking up my new born to feed? Right now I have to physically wake her up every three hours to feed her. Can I wait longer? Maybe four hours instead? Can I let her sleep through the night or wake her up once? I don’t mind waking up at all I just feel bad waking her. She’ll be 3 weeks on Monday and is drinking three ounces per feeding

As long as they have regained birth weight and are growing fine your ok to let them sleep through the night

if she's sleeping, i'd leave her alone. feed her when she wakes up

I've never once woken my daughter to eat. She was sleeping 10-12 hours straight by 5 weeks old. If she's hungry, she'll let you know.
