I'm typing frantically so please ignore the spelling errors.

I totally forgot that we were going to have one today, but it's supposed to last a few hours.

Even though just it started (it's not that loud yet), she's already walked into my room and started pacing around and stuff. She's also trying to hide under anything she can (no dog, you can't fit under my bed you are a German shepherd, Rottie mix)

I have a cubby that it's my room specifically for her but she won't stay in one place for long.

I've tried to comfort her but again she doesn't want to stay in one place.

Benadryl doesn't help her and the prescription stuff that she got for this just makes her irritated.

I don't have a thunder vest..

I don't know how else to help her😭. My poor baby
