BD with my husband this morning and after laying in bed for a few minutes I got up. As soon as I got up I had debilitating cramps! Felt like period cramps x 10. I couldn't even stand up until taking ibuprofen and then didn't get relief until sitting on the shower floor with hot water running. Never experienced anything like this before. Just got off BC pills end of May. 6 days late with a negative test. Any ideas what it could be or has anyone experienced this before?
