Since an event that led me to use plan b, I've had incredibly painful periods and heavier flows (already had a heavy flow) but be for I started my period(when I was 11, I'm now 18) I had experienced the cramps and went to the doctor who said it would be period cramps and suggested I go onto the pill which my mum said no to even tho I couldn't function properly every month. They sorted themselves out till after taking plan b and now I'm back at the start. I don't know whether to go on the pill or implant as I want kids within the next few years or so, so I'm stuck between going on something or switching from tampons to cups. Can people give me advice on the options so I can make my own decision with my partner
