A.D.D

rosie

So I go see my psychologist (she diagnosed me with Depression and Generalized Anxiety Disorder a while ago) and it's a usual appointment when she stops mid sentence and goes "what do you know about A.D.D?)" If I'm being honest I don't know much about it. She told me that she's pretty positive that I have a subtype of it. I'm not sure how I feel about this. I never once considered that this could be an issue for me. She was explaining to me how it's impossible to successfully cope with mental illness if you're not treating all aspects of it. The reason for this post is that this is all new to me. So, if you have any information about it or you have A.D.D yourself, please comment your experience or knowledge. I would really appreciate it💕
