Breast pumping while prego ??

I’m 23 week and 4 days right now! I’m planning to breast feed when my son comes. Is it ok to start pumping while I’m pregnant? My breast is already huge and full and leaking.

no. it could send you into labor. its safer to hand express if you need to relieve.

Pumping can trigger contractions which can put you in labor. 
If you were to pump you won’t get but maybe drops of colostrum. While your breast may feel “full” and you may be leaking it’s not bc they are full of milk. Your milk won’t come in till days after birth. 
Only time pumping is encouraged while pregnant is when you are full term or past due and they are wanting you to try to trigger labor.
