So a friend of mine happened to have assaulted someone who was drunk. This person who was drunk was underage for drinking alcohol and she was passed out. Anyway she was surrounded by a few people. My friend really hates her and was ignorant, and what he did was he spat on her and he’s got a video of him doing that. And he’s on house arrest right now though, but I was wondering if he’s gonna be okay. I just wanna be there for him and ik what he did was really STUPID! I was not there though. He has a court thing sometime in the fall and just wanted to know what his chances are whether he’s gonna go to juvie or just going to have a probation or something so please let me know what ya’ll think what would happen. It’d be a big help so I won’t be too worried! Thanks!!
