Stomach pain

Hello I was wondering if anybody has gone thru what I’m going thru 😓 it’s been 4 days with a pain in my stomach it all started with discomfort on my lower right side now it has moved to my whole stomach & the pain feels like if my whole stomach was bruised if I lay on my stomach it doesn’t feel good it hurts to laugh, take deep breaths, pass gas (sorry) & also I can’t walk too fast. This morning I woke up with pain still & also on my right breast it feels like a line in the middle of it that hurts. I haven’t had fever, diarrhea, bloody stools, no change in my body I just feel really bloated. Pls help
