Boy or girl??

Pauline • 1st baby Jan 23rd 2016... 2nd baby Aug 26th 2017... Last but not least ... 3rd baby due Oct.31st 2019 🎃 👶🏼 lol
This was taken at about 7, almost 8 weeks. I'm currently due Jan 12th (14 weeks now). Heart rate was about 152 (at yesterday checkup,) and this was a normal ultrasound. So looking down at my belly, baby would be sitting on MY right side. 
Thoughts please??
