Witchy mood

In the past few months, a few days before my period I get SO angry! Emotions are all over the place and it is absolutely horrible. I’ve tried meditation, exercise, Essential Oils, vitamins, self care by taking bath with Epsom salts - all of these things used to work but not anymore.

I think this is just a phase I have to work through but I can really use some friends to bounce stuff off and provide support in turn.

I’m 43, have 3 kids (9, 12 and 14) and I’m in the final stages of my divorce. Work full time and love my job - I think it’s better to just work at this point and focus on that to keep my mind and emotions controlled.
