Never makes time for me

My fiancée and I live together. I understand that he works all week and so do I so we won’t see each other or do much then. But on weekends or holidays I’d like to at least do something with him. I ask him to watch movies with me, go out to eat (I always offer to pay), go grocery shopping with me, etc. and he does sometimes but if he does he complains the whole time. Most of the time he just says “no I’m playing a new video game” or “I’m watching tv leave me alone” I just don’t know why spending time with me is such a burden 😞
