Working out during pregnancy
This is my second pregnancy. I’m almost 6 weeks. I rarely worked out before getting pregnant but I want to make sure not to gain too much weight this time (I gained way too much with my first and still haven’t lost much) so I want to start working out.
I have beachbody on demand and I did the first trimester workout today.
What I’m wondering is for pregnant women just beginning to workout, what do I need to know? What do I need to be cautious of? Should my heart rate not be above a certain number?
