Need advice on how to confront my dad

I need some advice mainly because I want to blow my lid on the dude, but I know it wont go well or help solve anything.

My husband wanted to tell my father about our pregnancy before the 2nd trimester. I didn’t like it but my husband wanted to and he doesn’t really have much family to tell so I agreed. My dad told my grandparents (his parents) on someone else even though we told him not to tell. I got heated with him so he stopped.

Now I’m 14 weeks. We told close friends and family on the 4th but have decided to not announce on social media and just kinda tell people as we see them.

Now that we have “announced” my dad has taken upon himself to tell anyone that will listen. I’ve tried to tell him to stop, but his response is something to the effect of “but I’m the grandad!”

I’m so frustrated at this point I feel like I can’t even talk to him about it because if I get an excuse I’m gonna loose it! How should I handle this?
