My cute husband keeps calling me Boss Babe. 😂😍 (a career a long time in the making and worked very hard for!)

I start as a daycare center director in August and I am so excited. I will go through a rigorous three month training first, so I think that will really help, but wanted your advice/tips!

I’ve worked in daycares, not as a director but as a teacher. 
My advice is to appreciate your staff! Little thank you notes and words of encouragement go a long way. Preschool/daycare teachers aren’t typically paid a ton and it tends to become overwhelming if you don’t feel needed and appreciated. 😊
