morning sickness?

is morning sickness just throwing up?  could it be diarrhea and or nasty tummy issues too?

Pregnancy can mess up your digestive system.  Not everyone has the same symptoms.  I did have diarrhea before my BFP.  No morning sickness but dizziness on and off.  Baby dust!
