I’m sure I’ve lost my baby

I’m 6 weeks, been spotting brown on and off for the past three days. Today I started having cramps and red blood, now this has come out. I’m pretty sure this is the embryo right?

It’s okay, this is my second miscarriage now and I think I’m a lot stronger.. i mean of course, I’m heartbroken but I don’t want this to break me, you know?

I just am curious whether this looks like the actual embryo? Last time I had my miscarriage I never looked at any tissue or my pads as I could not face it.
