husband wont communicate!

Any books or classes or seminars that you'd reccomend on communication? Specifically within a marriage? I love my husband to death, but he does NOT communicate effectively. Quite honestly, I'm at my wits end. I feel like I'm alone in the decision making process, I'm alone handling the parenting and finances and family matters, and like I don't have that partnership I need. I've expressed that I NEED him to talk to me and vocalize things, and he just doesnt. He's quiet by nature and I love him for that, but he can NOT keep staying silent with important matters!!
