Tricare Prime Question

If I have tricare prime, is it required that I go to the navy hospital closest to where my husband is stationed? Or can I go to a civilian hospital? I know that’s probably a really stupid question. Hubby will be stationed in Goose Creek when I am due to give birth but I honestly can’t find any info on the navy hospital there and that makes me so nervous, so I’m looking at civilian options just in case.
