Birth control Implant, side effects?

Hello! I recently got the Nexplinon (I can't spell lol) implant put in and I meant to ask my doctor about side effects and if sex would be/feel any different but I got completely shy and nervous and just didn't... Soooo I was wondering if any of you could share your experiences!

You can possibly not have a period or have super long periods. You can gain weight and you have a slight increase chance of blood clots.

I have had mine since February and so far I’ve had pretty painful cramps, my periods are thrown off completely I will either get no period or i will get two long ones back to back. No real change in my skin but i didn’t have a lot of acne before either. I haven’t noticed any weight gain but I also have been working hard on losing so idk. My mood swings around period time are a bit more drastic than what I was used to. Light headedness and nausea sometimes. 
I’m not a big fan so far and considering switching methods but I’m not pregnant so I guess it’s doing it’s job
