Owch help

Hi , I live in Glasgow and i have been outside and been wearing trousers (I know it's hot but still) and I came in to get changed and noticed that my legs felt itchy and seen what looks like bites on my legs but I'm not sure what they are? They are a bit swollen around the bites and are really itchy 😬😫. Can tell what they are , are the midgie bites? I don't know...

Please comment what you think they are and if you know how to help the itchiness and to help them go away..😭
