so I'm so confused and starting to worry.

I had my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> back to back June 10th & 11th and was told on the 26th it was negative. Af came 5 days late, while I was waiting on my period to come I called my nurse and she assured me my levels were all low and I should start anytime. when it finally showed up it was light and mostly brown with some red in it. now here I am 1 week later and I started bleeding red again. I have no idea what's going on. my periods have always been normal, I've never had this happen before. could it be from the fertility drugs? I'm calling in the morning but thought I'd see what you guys thought since I'm alittle worried.
