Free shoes? or return the goods...
Soo I bought a pair of (expensive) shoes online and opted for store pick-up. I picked them up and they said that my order hadn't arrived but they gave me a pair from the stock room. The next week, the exact same pair arrived at my house even though I'd only given my address for billing purposes.. I've saved for a long time for a pair of these and I have my eye on a different style too, I could exchange the free pair. What should I do?
