Cleaning your urine and blood (THC)

Does anyone know the best ways to clean THC out of your body? I used to smoke not every day but occasionally. I have missed out on jobs because of the fear I would fail the test. Are there any fast remedies? Or is waiting a month drinking lots of water the only way? I wish I never started smoking but I have to be honest...I like the herb. But can't get a good job doing it.
