Itching

Ive benn experiencing some itching on my genital area and its becoming really strong and annoying, i know i should go to a ginecologist but i dont want to tell my mom because i dont want her to know i started having sex, and also, my parents are both doctors and they know all the ginecologist of the city so they would know im their daughter, plz what should i do
