Dmv question

Okay so I’m confused on why it says I need to take a certificate for drivers ed( which I did and I have my certificate) but it says I also need a certificate for drivers training ?? I thought I only needed to complete drivers ed to apply for my provisional permit? I’m 16 , live in California and my test is Wednesday.

Can someone who took the permit test under 17 1/2 tell me what you took to the dmv when you went to take your test ? Please thank you !
