Ok, I love my MIL to death! But she recently did something that made me and my husband furious! My MIL lives in Florida. Well my husbands ex took their kid (my step son) to Florida. His ex called his sister and mother and met up with them.. Ugh😁 but let me back up... When the ex and my husband were married she did everything in her power to keep him (my husband) away from his mother. They hated each other. In the 5 years they were together he was kept away from his mom. Now that I've come into the pic and we are married.. Now the ex texts my MIL allllll the time. My MIL told me that she knows the only reason she talks to her is because she wants to know about me and just to make us mad. But keep in mind the ex won't even meet me and I'm around her 3 year old. Any right women would want to know who is around their kid right? It drives me nuts! When my husband called his mother and asked her what the hell was going on and why is she meeting up with his ex all she did was cry and then he hung up on her. Is it my place to have a women to women conversation with her. I asked my husband and he said that was fine. I want to have a genuine conversation with her and let her know that me and my husband will always call and send pics (like I always do when we have the kid) and that she doesn't need to go through the ex. That is only making it harder for us because she won't move on. It's been 2 years!!! Keep it moving! Haha ugh!!!
