I'm in need of some advice. We have a family vacation that we leave for on Saturday. I've gone every year since I was 5 years old and it's all extended family. My immediate family is aware of our infertility struggles and our current treatment. Unfortunately AF showed yesterday so my husband and I will need to leave on Tuesday (vacation is Saturday to 5saturday). We never leave early so I know people will be curious as to why we're leaving. I'm not sure if it will be best to just saw we're dealing with infertility and have an appointment on Wednesday.....we are doing our 2nd

. So my ultrasound is Wednesday 18th. Anyone have similar situations the y had to deal with? Any advice? Not sure what we should do or say to everyone.
