Hyperhidrosis help

I've had it for as long as I can remember. My hands and feet are constantly sweaty and it's super inconvenient and uncomfortable. I cant really wear sandals and never want to shake other people's hands lol. Years ago my doctor prescribed some type of cream for it but it didn't work. I try using regular antiperspirant and it doesn't do much. Any suggestions for good antiperspirants or anything that's worked for anyone else?
