Bloating and wanting to eat everything

So for the past week I’ve been so hungry and eating so much and I do get full but don’t stay full for long and I’m really really bloated and i don’t know if it’s because for most of June I didn’t eat a lot because I was very stressed about finals and regents and also mildly depressed so when I get like that I don’t eat or eat very little and I was like that for about 4-5 days each week and now since I’m not stressed and mentally better I’ve been eating more and more and my body swelled up and I do usually get bloated before my period which I’m supposed to get in 4 days but Ive never been this bad before. So is it because my eating habits has changed so drastically? But it’s weird because I haven’t gained weight like water weight which I usually do before periods so I’m confused?
