My little one was born 2 months ago and am on maternity leave. My husband just found out he got a job in a different state, therefore, I will need to quit a job in my field of study, upon my arrival from leave, which is this Friday. I told my boss I would be back with the thought of possibly moving but didn't know if it would happen. I guess I am asking for opinions if you were my employer would you be upset? Could I still ask for a reference? Anyone else have similar situations?
