Sick 🤢🤧🤧 baby #2

Ladies can anyone tell me how to get rid of the icky sinus infection? I’m pregnant so I can’t take anything harmful to the baby, but I’m honestly so miserable I can’t breath. Smell or even taste anything. I just cry at night cause I see my husband and son sleeping peaceful and I haven’t had sleep in almost 3 days. 😭 my doctor said I could take certizine but it literally hasn’t helped, I just wanna be able to breath. This is by far the worst sinus infection I’ve ever had. 🤧 if I lay down it’s like I suffocate, I have prop myself up, and my voice right now sounds like a man 😭 currently 9 weeks. Ultrasound from 7 weeks some odd days heart rate 135.
