Keto Diet
So I've been hearing a ton about this "Keto Diet" lately, and I am tempted to try it.
I have always have a little extra weight on me since the 6th grade, and the only time I ever got close to my weight goal was when I worked 30+ hours every weekend at a very physical job, and due to the long work days I was hardly eating (super unhealthy, I know).
But I have seen people post their results and it seems to be working out for them. I have a general idea of what this diet is, and that you basically cut out all carbs/sugars/etc... and eat more fats and protein. I just don't know how to start, exactly. Like, what should I go grocery shopping for to start? Do I need to throw away all the carbs I have in my pantry (a lot, lol)?
I could really use some tips from you guys. Maybe some inspiration/advice on how to stick to it. I tend to start things and then quit due to lack of motivation. Anything helps 😊.
