What is this?

This just out of the blue appeared. It sits in the center area right between my boobs (cleavage). Maybe due to sweat, because I do sweat in between my boobs? Should I go get it checked? Should I be worry?

Looks like heat rash to me. I have large boobs and it looks similar to what I get in the summer and when I sweat.

I get that under my boobs all the time due to sweat! Just keep it dry and it’ll clear up in a few days!

I get that too. All I do is not wear a bra and make sure all around my boobs it's clean. I also use creams for healing skin. Don't do what I did which is ignore it. I ended up having it rub raw, and that really hurts
