First time going to obgyn HELP

I have my appointment tomorrow with a obgyn and Idk what to expect im going to get on the pill . Like do I have to shave down there ? Like what is it going to be like/ what is she going to do? I’m sexually active so will I have to get a Pap smear and what is a papsmear
