Ready for this to be over.

Found out on July 6 that baby wasn't going to make it. I would be 12 weeks this week and the baby stopped growing around 6 weeks. I feel like I have grieved as much as possible and just ready to move on. How long did it take for your miscarriage to happen? Hoping to not have a d&c but it is looking that way more and more. I have had very little red blood twice but continuously Brown.
