Weight lifting 5x/week only, little-no cardio, last photo is after 1.5 weeks off (was sick). First photo is biggest I’ve ever been, second is when I got serious, last is consistent effort. Cleaner diet but no drastic changes aside from working out. I’m 25yo. Back at it 💪🏼
