Pregnant and nursing

Anyone else still nursing now that you’re pregnant? My 14.5 month old still wants to nurse, but my nipples hurt soooo bad now that I’m pregnant again. I don’t know if it’s from the hormones, or the lack of milk. Hoping that upping my calories and water intake will help (or that he’ll just quit nursing).
