I've had a few dizzy then dainty spells the last few weeks, today after taking my girls swimming I was sitting watching them play at a park, I started feeling shaky, light headed, hot and my vision got blurry, I then put my head down as started to feel sick but I broke out in a cold sweat quite bad then slowly came round, I gave myself and my girls a fright... anyone experience anything similar? we are in the middle of a heat wave which I don't think is helping, my blood pressure has been perfect and I didn't have anything like this my previous two pregnancies but they were both winter babies if that has anything do with it?
