Side effects on Letrozole/Femara

I’m on day 18 of my first cycle with Letrozole (5mg days 3-7) and metformin (1000mg/day) and I am having the WORST cramps and shattering lower back pain. My breasts feel extremely sore and heavy, almost? If that makes sense. And feeling a lot of pressure during intercourse... is this normal? Has anyone had similar side effects?
