SMEP??
Has anyone tried “ Sperm Meets Egg Plan” and had success with it! I’m doing it now but I feel as though it’s not going to work because we didn’t BD on CD8 but CD9 and CD10 is there still hope!? I haven’t gotten and pos OPK Yet I’m just a little scared because I didn’t follow it to the T . Any advice?? We have been TTC a little over 4 years with no success at all not even a vvvfl .
